Senior Project Manager - IT Consulting & Services

We are seeking an experienced Sr Project Manager to lead strategic AI, digital transformation, cloud, data, and enterprise modernization initiatives for global enterprise clients.





This is a high-impact consulting leadership role that combines end-to-end program management, executive stakeholder engagement, strategic consulting, and account growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading complex enterprise technology programs while building trusted executive relationships. You will be responsible for delivering successful business outcomes, driving modernization initiatives, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and expanding client engagements into larger, multi-year transformation programs.

Location : Remote Work (Should be open for 15% Travel to Atlanta/NY/NJ)

Key Responsibilities






- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, digital transformation, cloud, data, and enterprise modernization programs from
discovery through planning, execution, deployment, and value realization, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Drive account growth through executive relationship management,
cross-sell and upsell opportunities, strategic consulting, and expansion of engagements into larger multi-year programs.
- Own program planning and execution by developing project charters, program roadmaps, work breakdown structures, integrated project plans, resource plans, and governance frameworks across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Drive program governance through executive reporting, RAID management, milestone tracking, dependency management, change control, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive client stakeholders by leading discovery workshops, business process assessments, modernization planning, and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, AI, product, cloud, data, and business teams to translate client objectives into executable delivery plans and measurable business outcomes.
- Monitor program health through KPIs, delivery metrics, adoption, financial performance, and ROI reporting while driving continuous improvement.
- Drive account growth by building executive relationships, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and expanding engagements into larger strategic programs.
- Lead cross-functional teams, remove delivery blockers, ensure accountability, and foster collaboration to achieve successful project and program outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, digital transformation, cloud, data, and enterprise modernization programs, ensuring successful outcomes against scope, timelines, budget, quality, and business objectives.






Qualifications


- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Client Delivery, Technical Account Management, or Digital Transformation, with responsibility for both enterprise delivery and client relationship management.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end enterprise technology programs, including planning, governance, budgeting, resource management, risk management, stakeholder management, and successful program execution.
- Demonstrated success in building executive client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and driving account growth through strategic consulting, account expansion, cross-sell, upsell, and long-term client partnerships.
- Experience delivering AI, Generative AI, Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Data & Analytics, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, with experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise programs.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
