Senior Principal Scientist, Clinical Research, Thoracic Malignancies

Senior Principal Scientist position leading clinical research strategy and execution for oncology drugs across all development phases. Responsible for study design, trial management, regulatory submissions, and cross-functional collaboration within a global healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct clinical research activities for investigational and marketed oncology medicines
• Design clinical development strategies and manage trial setup, monitoring, and analysis
• Supervise clinical scientists and coordinate with cross-functional teams on drug development projects
• Evaluate preclinical data and prepare regulatory submissions and clinical study reports
• Maintain scientific expertise through literature review and external investigator networking
Requirements
• M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree
• Minimum 3 years clinical medicine experience
• Minimum 3 years industry drug development or academic biomedical research
• Demonstrated scientific scholarship and publication record
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-based collaboration abilities
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in cancer research, clinical trials, and oncology development
