Ellworth Glenwell Personnel is hiring a Senior Oncology & Rheumatology Rheumatologist for Hospitals in Lake Stevens, Snohomish County. This is a part time position.
What you will do
• Assess risk before mobilising, transferring or discharging a patient.
• Keep clinical records complete and contemporaneous for every episode of care.
• Monitor vital signs and escalate deterioration according to local protocol.
• Contribute to discharge planning so patients leave with the support they need.
• Assess patients on admission and set out a care plan with measurable goals.
• Maintain accurate stock levels of clinical consumables on the unit.
• Report incidents and near misses honestly so systems can be improved.
