As a Senior Oncology Consultant, you will be instrumental in implementing and optimizing Oracle Health’s advanced Oncology solutions. You will offer high-quality consulting services following Oracle’s standards and industry best practices.
You will collaborate with a diverse range of Oncology professionals, including oncologists, nurses, and operational leaders to evaluate workflows, design future-state processes, configure systems, and oversee testing and implementation. By understanding operational needs and addressing client challenges, you will facilitate effective solution delivery.
This role requires an adept collaborator with strong problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for managing multiple priorities. You’ll keep track of configuration updates, implementation timelines, and deliverables while ensuring synergy among integrated solutions.
As a key player in our team, you will build strong client relationships, lead discussions centered on problem-solving, and offer support to fellow consultants as needed. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills are essential as you engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
The Federal Consulting team is a dedicated group aiming to enhance electronic health record systems for active-duty service members, Veterans, and underserved populations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients on service line workflows, guiding them through interdependencies and the impacts of design decisions.
• Provide expert oversight and direction to stakeholders for customized solution configurations.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to proposed solutions.
• Execute workflow and process enhancement strategies effectively.
• Lead client meetings and drive internal initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of combined work experience and education, including at least 2 years in healthcare information technology consulting or client-facing roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle Health PowerChart Oncology products.
• Strong knowledge of Oncology PowerPlan build, including proficiency with related tools such as DCP Tools and Regimen Builder.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and act as a self-starter in various tasks.
• Exemplary presentation skills to convey complex information effectively.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to client requirements, and capable of obtaining necessary security clearances.
Expectations:
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
• Flexibility to work additional or irregular hours when needed.
• Adhere to corporate security policies and actively safeguard corporate and client assets.
