Worbury Shipmoor Placements is hiring a Senior Neurology & Speech Therapy Orthopedic Oncologist for Elder Care in Natchez, Adams County. This is a internship position.
What you will do
• Report incidents and near misses honestly so systems can be improved.
• Contribute to discharge planning so patients leave with the support they need.
• Adapt communication for patients with sensory, cognitive or language needs.
• Contribute to service improvement projects on the ward or department.
• Monitor vital signs and escalate deterioration according to local protocol.
• Support colleagues in training through supervised practice and feedback.
• Support families through difficult decisions and end of life care.
