Supporting the Genitourinary Global Medical Affairs Team, the full-time remote Senior Medical Scientist - Oncology will contribute to the development and execution of medical strategies focused on prostate cancer and engage with external stakeholders to enhance scientific exchange. Key responsibilities Develop and execute global medical affairs strategies, including medical insight generation and actionable activities in genitourinary oncology Lead scientific advisory boards and Executive Advisory Councils to inform clinical development and global launch planning Monitor emerging scientific data and treatment paradigms in genitourinary oncology to identify opportunities and risks Required qualifications Doctorate degree (PhD, MD/DO, or PharmD) with 2+ years of Medical Affairs experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or an Associate's degree with 10 years, or a high school diploma with 12 years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry 2+ years of clinical and/or basic science research experience in oncology, ideally within genitourinary oncology Experience with genitourinary malignancies, including prostate cancers and targeted therapies Familiarity with clinical research concepts, clinical trial design, and real-world evidence Strong strategic vision and ability to adapt to changes in the oncology treatment landscape
