Augusta Medical Group is seeking a Senior Medical Director of Oncology/Hematology to lead the vision of clinical excellence for its HemOnc service line. This pivotal role involves strategic planning, service expansion, and the development of innovative clinical research programs. Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set short and long-term goals for the service line
• Lead efforts to expand Oncology/Hematology services
• Develop innovative clinical research programs
• Ensure alignment with Augusta Health's goals
• Build relationships with the community and promote the service line
• Strategic planning, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and market growth for the service line
• Mentoring providers, clinical oversight, and policy development
• Providing educational opportunities and enhancing community outreach

Requirements
• Board Certified MD/DO with 5-7 years of clinical experience
