Senior Marketing Manager at BairesDev
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally to align marketing activities with business objectives and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that span digital, content, events, and paid channels.
- Lead campaign strategy and oversee execution from ideation through performance analysis.
- Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing programs with go-to-market priorities.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively across channels and initiatives.
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, drawing actionable insights to optimize programs.
- Mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated or multi-channel programs.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, social media, SEO, and paid media.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and working with external agencies or vendors.
- Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
