Senior Manager/Manager, Regulatory Reporting

The Keller Group is partnering with a publicly traded financial institution its search for a
Manager or Senior Manager of Regulatory Reporting. This role will serve as a key subject matter expert, owning recurring and ad hoc reporting while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant submissions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing Basel III capital calculations and deep knowledge of the regulatory framework, with the opportunity to play a key role in Basel reporting and regulatory initiatives.

Responsibilities


- Own the quarterly development and review of Basel capital metrics, serving as a subject matter resource on capital methodology, management inquiries and key accounting/reporting assumptions.
- Drive regulatory reporting implementation efforts related to the Basel NPR, translating requirements into practical reporting processes and controls.
- Support large financial institution regulatory readiness, including reporting requirements across Y-14 schedules, Y-15, FFIEC 031 and related regulatory submissions.
- Oversee daily regulatory reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely preparation, review, and submission of recurring reports to federal banking regulators, with a primary focus on Federal Reserve filings.
- Partner with internal teams to implement changes related to new regulations or business initiatives
- Lead or contribute to system implementations and enhancements related to reporting tools
- Collaborate with audit teams and regulators during examinations and reviews
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to support enterprise-wide initiatives






Qualifications


- At least 4 years of experience in accounting, finance or financial reporting within a regulated environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
- CPA preferred
- Experience with the Basel III capital calculation required
- Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory frameworks
- Experience working with large audit firms or within public company environments is a plus
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of an organizations
- Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
