About the Role

We are partnering with a growing biotech company at the forefront of oncology and immunology research to hire an experienced Senior Manager, Clinical Data Management
. In this role, you’ll lead data management activities across multiple clinical programs, contributing directly to the advancement of cutting-edge cancer therapies.
Responsibilities
• Oversee all aspects of clinical data management for late-phase (Phase 2/3) oncology studies
• Lead vendor management and oversight for data-related activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical operations, biostatistics, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data quality standards
• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for data management
Requirements
• 10+ years of Clinical Data Management experience (direct sponsor biotech/pharma)
• Proven background in oncology clinical trials
• Experience in late-phase (Phase 2/3) trials
• Sponsor-side experience within biotech or pharma
• Strong leadership and vendor oversight skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
