Job Description
Position: Senior Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights, Oncology - Breast Cancer
Role:
Senior Manager in Performance Analytics & Insights supporting the breast cancer franchise within Pfizer's Oncology division. Primary objective s include tracking and interpreting commercial performance metrics—such as brand demand, market share, biomarker-defined segments, and regional variations—and translating data into actionable insights for brand teams and leadership.
Responsibilities encompass end-to-end performance reporting using secondary data sources, analyzing performance by patient demographics and geography, and supporting brand strategy with data-driven inputs. The role also involves leveraging AI tools, developing dashboards, and maintaining enterprise reporting infrastructure. Collaboration occurs across marketing, data science, and market access stakeholders, with a focus on clear communication of complex insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline (Master’s preferred), 6+ years in biopharma or related analytics roles, proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and experience with secondary data sources like IQVIA and Symphony. Preferred skills include proficiency in Python, R, cloud platforms, and prior experience supporting breast cancer brands and biomarker testing trends. The role emphasizes analytical innovation, operational excellence, and strategic support, with success measured by stakeholder trust, insight quality, and business impact.
Work setup is hybrid (2-3 days onsite) in NYHQ, Collegeville, PA, or Lake Forest, IL.
