Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Hiring: Technical Project Manager – Delivery Coordination & Business Systems Analysis

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to support the
Director of GenAI Applications in coordinating day-to-day delivery across internal engineering teams and external technology partners.





This role is ideal for someone who sits comfortably between Business Analysis, Technical Program Management, Product, Engineering, Data/AI, and Platform teams and can turn technical discussions into organized, actionable delivery.





Key Responsibilities

• Maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, and decisions across multiple workstreams

• Coordinate follow-ups, handoffs, blockers, and open items across engineering teams and external partners

• Translate approved requirements and technical discussions into Jira stories, subtasks, and testable acceptance criteria

• Maintain Jira and Confluence documentation, ensuring scope, ownership, decisions, status, and completion evidence remain aligned

• Create and maintain technical documentation covering workflows, architecture decisions, interfaces, dependencies, and operating processes

• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, release readiness, and acceptance tracking

• Partner with Technical Program Management and engineering leadership to provide concise delivery updates and escalate risks/issues





Required Qualifications

• Experience coordinating software delivery across multiple engineering teams and/or external partners

• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog items, and technical documentation

• Working knowledge of software architecture, APIs, data flows, cloud services, environments, testing, and release processes

• Strong understanding of software development and Agile delivery

• Excellent organization, written communication, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable working across Business, Product, Engineering, Data/AI, Platform, Security, and Vendor teams





Preferred

• Enterprise software delivery experience

• Experience supporting AI/ML or GenAI applications

• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience working across global teams and multiple time zones
