Ellfield Dunmoor Practice is hiring a Senior Electronic Health Records & Oncology Prescriber for Government in Brook Park, Cuyahoga County. This is a temporary position.
What you will do
• Participate in the on-call rota and cover colleagues when needed.
• Apply evidence-based guidelines and note when a patient's case departs from them.
• Monitor vital signs and escalate deterioration according to local protocol.
• Report incidents and near misses honestly so systems can be improved.
• Contribute to discharge planning so patients leave with the support they need.
• Keep clinical records complete and contemporaneous for every episode of care.
• Keep professional registration and mandatory training up to date.
