Job Description
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director/team Head--Oncology Late Stage Data Review to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.
Location: Collegeville, PA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $214,900 – $358,100 annually
Responsibilities
• Serve as clinical development data and AI expert for late-stage oncology studies
• Collaborate with clinical, medical, and operational teams to ensure successful data deliverables
• Hold team members accountable and manage conflicting priorities while maintaining scientific oversight
• Develop and lead the clinical data review strategy, maximizing analysis and reporting efficiency
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, seeking continuous improvement in clinical data procedures
• Lead involvement in workgroups aimed at optimizing data management strategies
• Mentor and develop team talent while providing clear purpose and priorities
Qualifications
• PhD or PharmD with 7+ years clinical research experience, or MS with 10+ years, or BA/BS with 12+ years in similar role
• Experience in phase 3 oncology clinical research from a sponsor’s perspective with successful regulatory submissions
• Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, ICH guidelines, GCP, and familiarity with FDA and EMA regulations
• Skilled in using AI to enhance data review processes and visualization
• Proficient in managing large data sets and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and presentation, with a focus on leveraging various tools for effective results sharing
• Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience managing teams of 10-20 members
