## Senior Director, Oncology Biostatistics, Real

- World Data, Measurement and Analytics (RWDMA) and will lead an expert team providing strategic and operational statistical support across real-world data initiatives and projects in oncology. The position is pivotal in building and managing a world-class team and advancing biostatistical methodologies and applications for real-world data.
You will lead and cultivate a team of biostatisticians focused on Oncology within RWDMA. Day-to-day you will oversee recruitment, development, and performance management of the oncology biostatistics team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration. Establishing cross-functional working groups and implementing training, mentorship, and professional development initiatives to support growth and retention of biostatistical talent are core parts of the role.
The Senior Director will provide strategic guidance and biostatistical expertise to stakeholders using RWD in R&D, epidemiology, and post-approval studies while ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements. You will spearhead methodological development and innovation in areas such as causal inference, clinical outcomes assessment, longitudinal and prediction modeling, evidence synthesis, precision medicine, and the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Integrating AI and machine learning techniques into biostatistical practices is explicitly called out as an expectation.
Collaboration is central: you will drive cross-functional engagements with clinical biostatistics, medical affairs, epidemiology, clinical operations, value/access, and other teams. The role expects a proven track record in leading teams and developing talent, building high-performing biostatistics groups, and extensive experience in statistical methods using RWD, along with a record of publications contributing to the field of RWD.

- USA. The US annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $196,500 to $327,500. The US salary ranges take into account factors including work location within the US market, the candidate's skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
