Job Description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Global Clinical Development - Late HOCT to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.

Location: Madison, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $313,200 – $425,060 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical contribution to development strategies for multiple indications
• Manage and mentor Clinical Trial Physicians (CTPs) to enhance team performance
• Accountable for the design and analysis of clinical studies in collaboration with Clinical Scientists
• Ensure studies align with regulatory and quality standards
• Represent Clinical Development as an expert in both internal and external settings
• Collaborate with Worldwide Patient Safety on safety data reviews
• Provide clinical leadership for integrated disease area strategies

Qualifications

• MD with appropriate sub-specialty training preferred
• PhD, Pharm D, or equivalent health-related scientific field expertise
• Minimum of 9 years relevant clinical development experience
• Demonstrated leadership in clinical trial design and execution
• Verifiable track record of successful people management, mentoring, and development
