Job Description
Senior Project Manager
Commercial Tenant Improvement Seattle
Employee Owned General Contractor (ESOP)
This isn’t a job for someone looking to manage projects.
It’s for someone who owns outcomes.
We’re a top tier commercial tenant improvement general contractor in Seattle, quietly dominant, relentlessly professional, and employee owned. That last part matters. Everyone here has skin in the game. We build like owners because we are owners.
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who has spent a career proving that schedules are promises, budgets are sacred, and clients remember how you made them feel long after the space is turned over.
The Role
You’ll lead complex commercial TI projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll be the adult in the room, the one clients trust, teams follow, and executives rely on when the stakes are high and the timelines are tight.
You don’t chase fires. You prevent them.
What You’ll Do
Own high visibility commercial TI projects with authority and accountability
Own scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships from day one
Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams with precision
Drive preconstruction planning, buyout, and execution with discipline
Anticipate risk before it shows up on a cost report
Represent the company with confidence, clarity, and credibility
What You Bring
-10 plus years of project management experience focused on commercial tenant improvement
-A proven track record delivering TI projects in occupied, fast paced environments
-Deep understanding of Seattle area construction practices and subcontractor markets
-Financial acumen. You know where every dollar goes and why
-Leadership presence. Calm under pressure, direct without being loud
-High standards, zero excuses
Why This Company
-100 percent employee owned ESOP. Build value while you build projects
- A reputation earned, not advertised
- Leadership that trusts experienced professionals to do what they do best
- A culture that rewards accountability, not politics
This role is for someone who doesn’t need micromanagement, motivation, or hand holding.
If you believe great buildings are delivered by great leadership, and ownership should mean something, this will feel familiar.
