About the Opportunity



We are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Budget Specialist to lead clinical trial budget development, coverage analysis, and contract negotiations across a growing portfolio of studies. This individual will partner closely with Clinical Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to support the successful execution of clinical trials while ensuring billing compliance and financial oversight.





What We're Looking For




- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of budget and contract development experience
- 4+ years of clinical research experience
- Strong experience negotiating clinical trial budgets and agreements
- Knowledge of coverage analysis, Medicare billing compliance, and CPT coding
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally across Clinical Operations, Legal, and Finance
- Veeva CTMS experience preferred
- Experience supporting domestic and international studies is a plus
