Design and oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, regulatory, and medical affairs, to ensure successful execution of clinical trials.
Analyze and interpret clinical trial data, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners.
Contribute to the development of scientific publications and presentations to share clinical trial results.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cellular therapy, providing input for potential new opportunities.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior clinical scientists on the team.
Represent the company at conferences and scientific meetings, presenting on the company's cell therapy programs.
Act as a subject matter expert on cellular therapy within the company, providing scientific support and expertise to cross-functional teams.
