Senior CJA Implementation Engineer

We will be building Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) alongside our website build.






Specifics:

CJA design, configuration and dashboard reporting management. This role would join the team during technical architecture (Sept) and be critical through post-website launch performance assessment (June '27).


CJA Solution Design:


- Data mapping (from third-party web dev to CJA)
- AEP Schema Design & XDM field mapping
- Validation of data in AEP data lake prior to pushing data to CJA
- Datastream configuration (future state, not 2027, catching the data from AEM)


CJA Configuration:


- CJA connection setup
- Data view creation and configuration
- Component naming, persistence, attribution, and session settings
- Derived fields / calculated metrics
- Filters, segments, calculated metrics, date ranges
- User roles and permissions


Dashboard Reporting:


- Executive dashboard
- Conversion funnel and content conversion reports (lite in 2027)
- Site Health Dashboard with KPI's Trended
