Job Description
I'm partnering with a global medical device manufacturing facility, who specialize in products and packaging to safely deliver medicine.
They're looking for an Engineering Project Lead to support new product introductions, manufacturing automation, and commercial growth across their global device network.
It's an opportunity to combine engineering, automation, customer engagement, and business strategy while helping bring new medical device products to market.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead technical RFQs and manufacturing proposals
- Develop manufacturing strategies, timelines, and project costs
- Partner with global engineering, operations, and commercial teams
- Collaborate with automation, assembly, and injection molding specialists
- Work with customers and suppliers to develop manufacturing solutions
- Support new product introductions from concept to production
What they're looking for:
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Tooling, or similar)
- Experience in medical device, pharma, packaging, or regulated manufacturing
- Knowledge of automation, injection molding, and equipment development
- Experience with project costing and technical quotations
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA quality systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
