“Delighted to share an update on the next chapter.

Today, thrilled to join Eli Lilly and Co. as Senior Vice President and help unite caring with discovery to create medicines that make life better for people around the world.

I will continue to lead Verve Therapeutics as CEO, where Verve Therapeutics operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Lilly. Verve will continue operations in Boston and maintain its focus on gene editing medicines for cardiovascular disease.

We are all focused on one goal: develop our in vivo gene editing medicines, get them to market, and hopefully, transform the treatment of cardiovascular disease.”
