Job Description
Ochsner Children's Hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana, is seeking an experienced physician leader to serve as Section Head, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. This role involves leading and expanding the program, working alongside faculty, APPs, psychologists, and social workers. The successful candidate will drive program growth and ensure high-quality care for pediatric patients.

• Facilities include a 67-bed Level IV NICU, 14-bed PICU and 12-bed CVICU, 4-bed NAEC-accredited Level IV Pediatric EMU, and a 44-bed Pediatric Acute Care Unit with a dedicated Pediatric ED
• 24/7 neonatal and pediatric transport team with ground, rotary, and fixed-wing aircraft support

Requirements
• Experienced physician leader
• Vision and passion to serve as Section Head, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
• Additional training and experience in bone marrow transplant and/or stem cell transplant is desirable
• Proven leadership, team-building, and managerial experience
• Demonstrated track record of driving successful program growth
