Scrum Master - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a remote contract position with a Major Financial Services Firm.

In this role, you will support Agile initiatives, facilitate Scrum practices, and help teams deliver high-quality results. You will collaborate with stakeholders, resolve impediments, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. This is a remote position; however, candidates located in Delaware, New York, Pittsburgh, PA, Orlando, FL, or Salt Lake City, UT will be required to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:


- Support and participate in Agile/Scrum initiatives and deliverables
- Assist with planning and execution of Scrum activities
- Identify, analyze, and resolve team impediments and delivery challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Ensure adherence to Agile practices, policies, and compliance requirements
- Partner with client teams and business stakeholders


Requirements:


- 5 years of Scrum Master or Agile experience
- Experience in financial services preferred
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe or similar)
- Highly skilled at quarterly planning
- Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Equivalent combination of work experience, consulting, military experience, training, or education considered

- Adaptable and able to move between projects and business domains as priorities change
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Bias for action with a focus on process improvement and organizational effectiveness


Pay range: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
