Design and execute experiments to support drug development programs.
Analyze and interpret experimental data to draw meaningful conclusions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new therapies for patients.
Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and optimize experimental procedures.
Maintain detailed records of experiments and results.
Stay updated on current scientific literature and incorporate findings into research projects.
Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the preparation of scientific publications and patent applications.
Participate in team meetings and provide constructive input and feedback.
Train and mentor junior team members.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
