Job Description The Precision Medicine Immunology Department isseekinga highly motivated Scientist with a background in immunology or immuno-oncology and experience in single-cell or spatial genomics, molecular biology, and cell biology to join the Translational Research team. This individual will support clinical biomarker discovery by profiling clinical and preclinical samples using single-cell and spatial omics approaches to better understand drugmechanismsof action and pharmacodynamics, while helping drive data-informed patient selection strategies. The role will contribute to drug development programs across inflammatory and autoimmune disease areas, including Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, and Fibrosis, spanning late-stage discovery through clinical trials. The successful candidate will join a growing translational research group and collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities Independently lead the design, execution, and analysis of complex genomic profiling experiments, includingscRNA-Seq, CITE-Seq,snRNA-Seq,and spatial transcriptomics/proteomics. Proactivelyidentifytechnical artifacts, interpret quality control results,optimizeassay performance, and ensure high quality and reproducible data delivery ontimelydeadlines. Stay at the forefront of the single-cell and spatial genomics field by surveying, evaluating,testingandvalidatingnovel scientific methodologies. Present work plans andacquireddata clearly and precisely to cross-functional stakeholders through formal written reports and verbal updates. Qualifications B.S. & typically7+ years, M.S. & typically5+ years of relevant industrial biotechnology experience inImmunology, cell & molecular biology, pharmacology, pathology, or other relevant biological sciences. Broad technicalexpertisein molecular and cell biology assays, with specialization inscRNA-seq, CITE-seq, and snRNA-seq across blood and tissue samples. Expertisein executing spatial omics experiments usingCosMx, Xenium, andVisiumplatforms, integrated with deepexpertisein molecular pathology techniques such as IHC and ISH. Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks andallocateresources to meet aggressive timelines. A robusttrack recordof scientific writing, ensuring high-quality documentation and verbal reporting of technical findings.
