Analyze and interpret large-scale genomic data to gain insights into disease mechanisms and identify potential therapeutic strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including bioinformaticians, biostatisticians, and other scientists to design and execute experiments.
Stay current with advancements in the field of genomics and oncology and apply new technologies and techniques to enhance research efforts.
Develop and validate novel assays and methodologies for genomic analysis in cancer research.
Contribute to the planning and execution of preclinical and clinical studies to evaluate the efficacy of potential treatments.
Communicate research findings and progress to team members, management, and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of experiments, results, and data analysis.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies.
