Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist licensure in California (CA OT certification required)

• Experience in school-based, healthcare, or home health OT settings preferred

• Skill in delivering OT services via teletherapy and/or in-person modalities

• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills to work with students, staff, and families

• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to varying caseloads and school schedules

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students individual strengths, needs, and functional abilities within the school or home environment

• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans to support student achievement in both academic and functional skills

• Deliver occupational therapy sessions in group, one-on-one, or virtual formats as needed

• Monitor progress, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in IEP meetings and student support teams

• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure continuity of care and the integration of OT strategies into classroom routines and daily living activities
