Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity at a vibrant early childhood education center near Boston, MA, where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist can truly make a difference. This role is ideal for an SLP seeking flexibility and the chance to work with a dedicated team in a nurturing, beautifully maintained environment. You’ll be covering a medical leave through December, with immediate start available.

Experience working with young children, especially in Pre-K through Kindergarten settings, will help you thrive in this setting. The caseload is manageable—approximately 15 students—ensuring you have the capacity to deliver high-quality, individualized care. Whether you hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are a Clinical Fellow (CF), your background and enthusiasm will be warmly welcomed.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in Massachusetts
• CCC credential or current Clinical Fellow eligible
• Prior experience in a school or early childhood setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for early intervention and supporting developmental milestones

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a small caseload (about 15 students, Pre-K–K)
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to support student goals
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in team meetings as needed
