School-Based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Riverside, California

Key Qualifications:

• Active California COTA license required

• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred

• Familiarity with assistive technology devices is highly desired

• Candidates must meet any additional district or state-mandated requirements

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide support to AT Specialist in implementing and monitoring assistive technology interventions for students

• Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of an occupational therapist, following individualized education programs (IEPs)

• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines

• Adapt to working at multiple school locations as needed

• Engage in collaborative practices with educators, staff, and families to ensure student success
