How the Compensation Works

Phase 1: Base Pay + Commission

Guaranteed Hourly Wage


- $18.00-$19.00 per hour (based on experience)


Personal Commission


- Earn 0.5% commission on every dollar you sell from day one


Store Goal Bonus


- Earn an additional 0.5% commission on all sales when the store reaches its monthly sales goal
- This effectively doubles your commission payout
