Our organization is actively looking for a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Palliative Care Physician to join our team at Community Medical Center in a full-time capacity. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional palliative care to patients and their families. We welcome candidates with interests in either inpatient or outpatient settings. Additionally, the physician will play a vital role in educating staff, trainees, and the broader community.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive palliative care.
• Engage in educational initiatives for staff, trainees, and community members.
• Participate in both inpatient and outpatient care, depending on your focus.
Qualifications
• MD or equivalent degree, with Board Certification or Eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine; fellowship training is preferred.
• Must be eligible for licensure in New Jersey or already hold a valid NJ license.
• Aspiring individuals eager for growth opportunities are encouraged to apply.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to a robust palliative care network is essential.
Working Conditions
We are open to applications from both new graduates and seasoned physicians. Current trainees have the opportunity to earn up to $24,000 through our residency stipend program if they choose to join us during their final year of residency.
