12 month Contract Opportunity: Real-World Evidence (RWE) Senior Clinical Study Manager.

BioTalent is collaborating with a global biopharma company in the rare disease space. We are seeking a highly experienced RWE Clinical Study Leader to drive complex observational research programmes. You must be able to hit the ground running with minimal handover, ramp-up.

Requirements:
• Deep hands‑on experience (7+ years) leading RWE/observational studies, end‑to‑end (EHR, claims, registries, chart reviews)
• 10+ years in project/program management within pharma/biotech, including ownership of large budgets and timelines
• Proven track record managing CROs and external vendors at a strategic level
• Experience generating evidence to support regulatory submissions (FDA/EMA interaction strongly preferred)

Please note: This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role requiring both scientific expertise and operational excellence in RWE - it is unfortunately not suitable for purely data/analytics or junior clinical profiles.

Location: Stockholm (hybrid, 2–3 days onsite)

Contract: 12 months with view to extend
