RN Telephonic Triage - Palliative Care (Sign-On $15K)

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a full-time nurse to perform telephone triage, assess patient symptoms, and direct them to the appropriate level of care. You will schedule appointments and document triage details in health records, ensuring timely updates and care coordination.

The ideal candidate will hold a BSN or higher, an active RN license, and at least one year of healthcare experience. Licensure in NLC states may be required for certain calls.
