Job Title: Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Tele)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)

Pay: Best Pay in Market

Local Pay: $73/hr. on W2

Travel Pay: $3118/Weekly

Shift Option: Days 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM

Nights 07:30 PM – 07:00 AM



Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Telemetry RN to provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac and telemetry monitoring. The RN will assess patients, manage cardiac conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.



Job Duties:

- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing care for telemetry patients.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and patient conditions, promptly identifying and reporting changes.
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments according to physician orders.
- Perform and document patient assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, safety, and discharge instructions.




Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of recent full-time equivalent nursing experience within the last 3 years.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) California License is required.
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS.
