Med Sol prescreens & manager will review and offer or interview

need 2 sup refs from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked



Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.



***PRIOR TO SIGNING THE CONTRACT, THE DYS EXAM THROUGH UNA IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 24-48 HRS. IT S PASS OR FAIL AND THEY GET 2 ATTEMPTS (TEST A SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FIRST, TEST B SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FOR THE RETAKE). A SCREENSHOT SHOWING THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS IS REQUIRED. **We can accept a Dys exam within the last 12mo if the traveler has previously taken**

If your traveler fails the 2nd attempt, they will be made DNU for CommonSpirit AZ and Sac



PCU - Post Care Unit in PACU

Confirm for Main and will float between IP and OP

Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS

Shifts: Varied 8s (days; 0630-0900 start times) no call, M-F

Needs experience working Phase I and Phase II PACU

Skills:

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Postanesthesia, Registered Nurse (RN)
