Job Description:

Join a specialized team as a GI Oncology Nurse Navigator/Coordinator, guiding patients through critical phases of their cancer journey. This role involves coordinating care for newly diagnosed GI cancer patients, managing appointments, reviewing charts, and ensuring seamless communication among multiple providers. Expect a fast-paced environment where multitasking and organization are key—handling referrals that can range from a few to many per day, tracking patient progress via spreadsheets, and supporting patients from initial referral to treatment initiation. You won’t be performing direct patient care but will play a vital role in case management and care coordination within a collaborative team setting.
