RN Oncology

Join a leading healthcare team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in the field of oncology. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate nurse to support a high-volume outpatient oncology practice. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes and work collaboratively with a dedicated team in Uniondale, NY.
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to oncology patients in an ambulatory setting.
• Deliver patient education and support to ensure understanding of treatment plans.
• Coordinate treatment plans and collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Offer clinical support and perform assessments to monitor patient progress.
Requirements:
• Active RN license
• Recent Oncology Nursing experience required
• Outpatient/ambulatory nursing experience required
• EPIC experience required
• Strong communication, assessment, and patient care coordination skills

Location: Uniondale, NY

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
