RN Hospital Liaison – Boston
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus | $105,000–$125,000 Annual Salary

Overview
In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage your nursing background and interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships with healthcare teams throughout the Boston and South Shore area. You’ll guide patients and families through the hospice care process with empathy and clarity, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Here, your work directly affects not only patient outcomes but also the growth and reputation of hospice care in the community.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and maintain trusting, collaborative relationships with hospital staff, physicians, case managers, and social workers to increase hospice referrals.
• Represent hospice services with professionalism and care, educating referral sources on how your team’s approach improves patient quality of life.
• Conduct compassionate initial visits with patients and families to explain hospice philosophy and secure care consents.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for healthcare providers to support seamless hospice access and extraordinary patient service.
• Drive growth by consistently meeting outreach and census goals, positioning hospice as the preferred choice in your territory.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare sales or marketing experience.
• 1–2 years hospice or palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse healthcare teams.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or healthcare preferred.
Nice-to-Have
• Experience collaborating with hospital discharge planners and skilled nursing facilities.
• Background in hospice or palliative care marketing or liaison roles.
