A vital component of delivering high-quality patient care in a clinic environment, the Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) works closely with physicians or APP providers to ensure the efficiency and safety of the clinic setting. Through well-defined clinical processes and adherence to established protocols, the Clinic RN contributes to promoting a secure clinic environment. Administrative responsibilities, such as cross-referencing information in different healthcare documents like patient records, physician notes, diagnostic reports, and treatment plans, may also be part of the Clinic RN's duties.

Essential Job Function:
• Checks clinical protocols, procedures, and practices to ensure they align with the organization's requirements and regulatory standards.
• Offers direct patient assistance, conducts thorough evaluations, administers medications and treatments, and observes patients' states to promote optimal health outcomes.
• Guides and appraises the efforts of less experienced workers, giving them pointers, assessments, and assistance to secure top-tier service delivery and promote their career progression.
• Partners with cross-disciplinary teams to synchronize patient services, streamline communication, and maintain care consistency across diverse healthcare settings.
• Executes supplementary obligations as instructed.

Education:
• Required: Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Experience:

oncology experience preferred

Licensure/Certification/Listing:
• Required: Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
