Job Description
Job Title: Research Associate – Lentiviral Vector
Location: Philadelphia, PA - Onsite
Seeking an early-career Research Associate with 1+ year of relevant experience to support lentiviral vector characterization, analytical testing, and method development.
Core Skills: Lentiviral Vector Characterization, Analytical Development, Cell-Based Assays, Molecular & Biochemical Assays
Qualification: BS in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform release, characterization & stability testing of lentiviral products.
- Work with Western Blot, ELISA/AlphaLISA, qPCR/ddPCR, flow cytometry, particle analysis, and cell-based viral titration.
- Develop and optimize analytical methods.
- Analyze and present scientific data and contribute to technical reports.
Requirements:
- BS in a relevant scientific field with 1+ year of experience.
- Experience with viral vector characterization and molecular/biochemical assays preferred.
- GLP/cGMP experience is a plus.
- Strong experimental, communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills
