Job Description

Takeda Pharmaceuticals America, Inc. is seeking a Director of Medical Science Liaisons to lead a regional or national MSL team in the United States, reporting to the Head of US Field Medical Affairs.

You will supervise 6-10 MSLs, recruit, develop, and manage performance, and align field activities with USMAO oncology objectives. The role requires an advanced medical or scientific degree, 7+ years in Medical Affairs with 4+ years in Field Medical, and Oncology-focused experience.
