About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Remote Live Chat & Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, contractors, project partners, and general inquiries.





This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating online, answering questions, and keeping customer requests organized. Industry experience is helpful but
not required—training can be provided to the right candidate.





Key Responsibilities


- Respond to customer questions through live chat, email, and online messages.
- Provide friendly and professional customer support.
- Understand customer needs and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Respond to questions about services, projects, scheduling, and general company information.
- Collect customer contact information and basic project details when needed.
- Forward technical or project-specific questions to the appropriate team member.
- Follow up on customer requests and make sure inquiries are handled promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer notes and communication records.
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience.
- Escalate urgent or complex issues when necessary.
