This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home while still gaining the support of a collaborative team. The work setting is primarily focused on outpatient care, where you will interact with diverse clients, engage in virtual therapy sessions, and utilize digital tools to deliver high-quality mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n
\n Provide individualized or group therapy sessions, tailor treatment to meet the unique needs of each client.\n Conduct thorough assessments and create comprehensive treatment logs to track client progress and interventions.\n Manage a diverse caseload of clients experiencing various psychological challenges, ensuring effective treatment strategies.\n Utilize advanced clinical skills to guide clients through crises, employing therapeutic interventions effectively.\n Collaborate closely with clients and their families to develop and implement effective resolution plans that emphasize patient engagement.\n Deliver personalized counseling services—individual, conjoint, or family therapy—and facilitate referrals to specialized professionals when necessary.\n Continuously evaluate patient needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly, conducting follow-up assessments to monitor ongoing progress.\n Carry out mental health evaluations as part of the care structure, contributing to team discussions and patient care strategies.\n Document treatment strategies, progress summaries, and necessary revisions systematically to ensure a cohesive care approach.\n Develop and deliver educational and supportive programs for clients and their families, facilitating enhanced understanding and coping strategies.\nPatient Population / Client Focus\n
The patients you will serve represent a diverse spectrum of mental health needs, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Whether it be individual therapy for young adults coping with life transitions or family therapy aimed at restoring communication within familial relationships, your role is crucial in fostering an atmosphere of support and healing.
Qualifications\n
\n Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.\n Current licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of Arizona is mandatory.\nPreferred Experience\n
\n A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in a mental health setting is preferred.\n Experience with telehealth methodologies and an understanding of remote therapy tools will be advantageous.\nCompensation and Benefits\n
