Job Description
Role: Registered Nurse in a community rehabilitation hospital
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality rehab care for adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, and complex medical conditions
• Perform thorough patient assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions
• Administer medications and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans
• Participate actively in care planning and rounds
• Ensure safety and quality standards are strictly followed in a patient-centered environment focused on restoring function and independence
Qualifications & Skills
• Current RN licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to safety, quality care, and patient education
