Join our team as a Rehab Office Coordinator!
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Greenfield Rehab is looking for a driven and organized Rehab Office Coordinator to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum-of-care senior campus in Viroqua, WI and Westby, WI. You’ll be responsible for managing the insurance authorization process, handling data entry, maintaining schedules, assisting at the reception desk, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications
• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a medical field
