Job Description
Seeking a registered nurse or graduate nurse resident for the Oncology Progressive department.
Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and ensuring care aligns with mission and standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year RN experience preferred
Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, BSN)
Current RN licensure and ability to maintain licensure in the state
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
Physical ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform various movements
Key duties include patient assessment, care coordination, and adherence to standards.
Incentives

No contract requirement
Bridging programs for BSN and MSN degrees
