Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) Oncology Nurse Navigator
Days: Full Time - 32 hours per week
Bonus: $15,000 for two‑year commitment

How you'll contribute
The Nurse Navigator serves the multidisciplinary team as an advocate, interpreter, educator and counselor for oncology patients, and coordinates program development.
Ensures all patients with an oncology diagnosis receive comprehensive services, coordinates care across the continuum, and serves as a clinical resource in hematology, oncology and radiation oncology.
Acts as liaison within the facility and community regarding services for this patient population, providing consultation, education and research support.
Performs all tasks with a patient‑centered focus and continuously improves core processes.

What we are looking for
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
License
Registered Nurse licensure in Kentucky or a multistate compact.
Certifications
Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
Oncology nursing certification preferred.
Required Skills
Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work independently.
Ability to work in a high‑stress environment.
English communication in speaking and writing.
