Job Description

Schedule: Every Weekend

Hours: Day shift 9a-9pm

Location: Field work – covering Adams, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Denver, Douglas, Elbert and Elizabeth Counties.

• Participates in the transfer of patient information to ensure continued quality care.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships within the practice and other departments.
• Implements and monitors patient care plans to ensure effective treatment.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Serves as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly.
• Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
• Leads and mentors staff to ensure optimal performance and competency in care delivery.
• Conducts holistic, individualized assessments of each patient considering age, physiological, and psychological status.
• Administers commonly used drugs and solutions in Cardiology and IR procedures.
• Documents all phases of patient status while responsible for their care.
• Other duties as assigned.
