Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Oncology (PRN)

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care in a medical center setting, working collaboratively with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.

Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and execute care plans, coordinate patient flow, and ensure documentation accuracy. Act as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating families, and maintaining patient satisfaction. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals. Foster professional growth through ongoing education, mentorship, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Skills: Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Nursing preferred. Valid RN license (single or multi-state). Certifications required include BLS or BLS Instructor. At least one year of nursing experience for PRN roles. Strong communication, teamwork, and professional development skills. Ability to prioritize, collaborate, and uphold high standards of care and safety.
